A fine home needs two skills at once: respect for what is already there and command of today's solutions. We restore historic plaster, mouldings and floors using traditional techniques, and within the same walls we install new-generation systems, insulation and comfort.
We work alongside architects and designers, or deal directly with the client through our technical office. Either way you have one point of contact and one company responsible for all the work.

Invisible comfort
Energy efficiency you cannot see
In historic houses the façade often cannot be altered. So we insulate from the inside and through the roof, replace windows while keeping the original profiles, and install heat-pump climate control with no units visible on the façades.
We pay attention to the points where heat escapes and mould forms, such as corners, window sills and floors, so the insulation is continuous and the house stays dry.
